"Amazing Race Tweaks! Breton" is for new or existing player characters. It can safely be disabled at any time. The mod is for new or existing player characters, and it adds new powers and abilities for Breton and Breton Vampire races:

SAVING AND RESTARTING RECOMMENDED
Saving and restarting might be required after downloading the mod and each time your character adds a new Conjuration perk or reaches a level required to upgrade one of the new powers.
THE TWEAKS
Oblivion Absorption: As often as you want, equip an unenchanted weapon - one-handed, two-handed, bow, or crossbow - and activate the power. Adds a leveled Absorb Magicka enchantment to the weapons for 60 seconds. The more Conjuration perks you have the more Magicka it absorbs.
Oblivion Comprehension: Bretons have an innate talent for Conjuration. This ability causes you to learn all Conjuration skills 50% faster. If you also have the Mage Stone blessing, you learn Conjuration skills 70% faster.
Oblivion Deflection: As often as you want, equip any shield or weapon - even an enchanted shield or weapon - and activate the power. For 60 seconds, every time you block a ward automatically casts, which blocks damage from spells for as long as you continue to block. Use the power as often as you like.
Oblivion Detection: As often as you want, use the power to detect all atronochs and familiars in the area and see them through walls, for 30 seconds.
Oblivion Disposition: Once a day, use the power to make all Conjuration spells cost 50% less to cast and last up to 5 minutes.
Oblivion Dominion: Once a day, use the power to resurrect all dead corpses around you. This zombie mob will follow you into battle for 5 minutes.
Oblivion Expulsion: As often as you want, equip an unenchanted weapon - one-handed, two-handed, bow, or crossbow - and activate the power. Adds a leveled Banish Daedra enchantment to the weapon for 60 seconds that sends summoned atronochs and familiars back to Oblivion.
Oblivion Mass Expulsion: Once a day, use the power to send all atronochs and familiars around you - both friends and foes - back to Oblivion.
Oblivion Subjugation: Once a day, make any hostile atronach or familiar an ally who will turn against the one who summoned it and fight for you.
Oblivion Syphon: As often as you want, equip an unenchanted weapon - one-handed, two-handed, bow, or crossbow - and activate the power. Adds a leveled Trap Soul enchantment to the weapon for 60 seconds, which will fill a soul gem when the target it strikes dies.
Oblivion Summon: Why summon only a wolf as a familiar? Now you can make a familiar of any animal you kill! As often as you like, use the power to target the corpse of a dead animal. It summons a ghost of the animal to follow and fight for you for 24 hours. To send the familiar to Oblivion before the 24 hours are up, simply use the Oblivion Expulsion power. ANIMAL FAMILIARS (GHOST FOLLOWERS)
Once a day you can make an animal familiar from the corpse of a dead animal. To summon an animal familiar, kill an animal, move close enough to it to loot its body, and activate the power. This ghost animal will follow you and fight for you for 24 game hours, or until it is defeated or you send it to Oblivion. The animal familiar will never flee but fearlessly fight for you - even if it's a fox or goat. It will have the same health and do the same damage as the animal it was before it died, plus it will have ghost abilities giving it 100% resistance to poison and frost, and 50% resistance to other damage. You can summon familiars from more than 30 animals you kill. Familiars of stronger animals require you to either have a required Conjuration perk or a minimum level to summon them:
No Perk or Level Required: Arctic Fox, Chicken, Domestic Goat, Fox, Mudcrab, Rabbit, Slaughterfish, Skeever, Wild Goat
Novice Conjuration or Level 5 Required: Cow, Dog, Deer, Elk, Female Elk, Husky, Large Mudcrab, Frostbite Spider, Venomfang Skeever, Wolf
Apprentice Conjuration or Level 15 Required: Bear, Chararus, Horker, Horse, Ice Wolf, Large Frostbite Spider, Sabre Cat
Adept Conjuration or Level 30 Required: Cave Bear, Cave Troll, Chararus Reaper, Snowy Sabre Cat
Expert Conjuration or Level 45 Required: Snow Bear, Frost Troll
Master Conjuration or Level 60 Required: Mammoth
COMPATIBILITY AND DISABLING
The mod doesn't change the Breton race or any perks, so most mods should be compatible, as are all mods by sp0ckrates. It also doesn't require specific perks, so mods that change perks - such as "Ordinator" - should be compatible. Disable the mod to safely return abilities and powers to normal. Before disabling, make sure none of the mod's effects (except for Oblivion Comprehension) are in the Active Effects menu. Disabling will remove all of the mod's animal familiars.
